Brennan Hutson

Brennan Hutson is an experienced trial attorney providing passionate advocacy for injured individuals. He spent years working closely with Sam and Chet at a respected personal injury law firm prior to joining the Midwest Injury Lawyers team in 2022.

He is most passionate about civil rights involving police misconduct and malicious prosecution. Throughout his career, Brennan has secured millions of dollars for his clients.

Brennan graduated cum laude from Chicago-Kent College of Law. In addition to academic achievements, Brennan was a member of the Chicago-Kent Ilana Diamond Rovner Program in Appellate Advocacy. This was ranked second in the United States by the Blakely Advocacy Institute at the University of Houston Law Center in 2018.

In law school, he earned the CALI award for the highest grade in five of his classes, including Constitutional Law, Supreme Court Review, Pre-Trial Litigation, Evidence, and Criminal Procedure. His Law Review article “The Animus Briefs: Attacks on the Seventh Circuit’s Sound Analysis of Transgender Bathroom Rights in Public Schools” was published in Seventh Circuit Review.
